Our Approach

When water is coming in, we go into the attic as well as onto the roof and follow the water to the place it actually enters before we put a price on anything. Only once we know the cause do we tell you whether a repair will hold or the roof has reached the end of its life. When replacement is the right answer, our written estimate breaks the job into tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and gutters, so you can hold it up against anyone else’s and see exactly what differs.

We also pay attention to the rules that change from one address to the next. Every township and borough we work in sets its own re-roof permit requirements, and in Bensalem the permit is part of the schedule and the contract from the start.
